Cancellation Policy

Boarding

A credit card on file is required prior to booking.
- The card on file will be charged in the event.
- You fail to provide 72 hours notice to cancel your boarding reservation, the deposit will be non refundable.
- 50% of your boarding reservation will be charged to your online card when your booking is confirmed.
- Damages to the property or another dog have occurred during their stay.
- Medical care is required during their stay.
- You may pay the remaining balance and any additional fees or add ons that have occurred during their stay with the card on file. You may also do e-transfer infocozypaws@gmail.com or pay with cash.

Daycare
